In 2012, Radhesh Soni at age of 33 capitalized on his 12+ years’ Information Governance and Business Consulting expertise by launching a new venture in Business Consulting and IT Services. This venture henceforth transformed into a well-recognized centre of excellence and partner of choice amongst global organizations looking for Implementation and Managed Support services in areas of various ERPs. A qualified Computer Science Engineer himself, he had a remarkable fast paced career with Infosys, Wipro, Depa United Group, KPMG and Evosys. Handling roles in Delivery, Business Development and Operations for multiple countries gave Radhesh the required exposure and laid a perfect foundation stone for starting a world class consulting organization competing with the likes of Big-4 and Global IT organizations. For over a decade, Radhesh provided world class solutions to Fortune 100 companies in areas of Finance, Human Capital Management and Supply Chain integrated with 3PL solution providers. He has vast experience working with Big-4 Consulting firms and multinationals in US, Japan, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and India. He is a specialist in Oracle Technologies and also a senior instructor with Oracle University helping the organizations to embark on their Digital journey. Radhesh is the visionary behind Emicon’s operations and strategies.

Pooja is Masters in Polymers from Punjab University and a Gold Medalist. She pursued her interest in field of Information technology starting with areas of Testing and gradually moving to IT transformation consulting using SAP and Oracle. She founded Emicon along with Radhesh in 2012 and has been taking care of HR and Operations within the organization. She is a people’s leader and works for their enablement and empowerment. She has strong leadership and negotiation skills empowering her to tackle any challenges thrown at her.

Pratap is having more than 24 years of industry experience out of which he was part of Infosys for more than 21 years. He has extensive experience of driving digital transformation for clients like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, CapitalOne, Capital Group, Charles Schwab across the globe. The digital transformation included automation of workflows, responsive web development, mobile journey, Robotic Process Automation and Artificial intelligence. He has spent considerable amount of time at client locations including US, UK and Japan. Pratap is a Senior and eminent member of the Eminent management team thereby driving key business decisions.

Rahul is a highly self-motivated and result-oriented Oracle HCM (Cloud and On-Premise) Techno-Functional professional with around 18 years of proven track record & well rounded experience in Solution Design and Delivery. Rahul is also an instructor with Oracle University teaching courses on HCM Cloud. Prior to joining Emicon, he spent 10+ years in TCS working as Solution Architect in HCM area for multiple engagements in UK / Europe region. He also owns the P&L for HCM Solutions, manages multi-disciplined teams across geographies. He is a logical thinker, good communicator and highly numerate with very good business acumen. He also heads the Chandigarh Development Centre and is leader who influences the team by his actions and deeds.

Akhtar Hussain is the VP, ERP Consulting at Emicon with a sophisticated career trail of 10+ years with Emicon itself. Akhtar manages the overall Human Relations at Emicon thereby creating productive workforce management. With extensive experience in the implementation and support of Oracle applications, Akhtar is Emicon’s core management pillar. Akhtar has intricate understanding of the client’s requirements and implementation of their plans to enhanced productivity. He is one of the key team members providing the necessary trainings to the Emicon staff to meet the Client’s needs. He is well equipped with administering all technical assistance requests thereby performing adequate quality assurance tests. Akhtar’s expertise and exposure facilitates him to deal with the migration processes of large scale businesses along with the small and medium scaled ones.

Saket is the VP, Technology at Emicon with elite experience in the Oracle Technical Integration and implementation. Saket also handles the overall ownership of the IT processes at Emicon. He instrumentally drives the learning of new skills through Emicon’s ‘Centre of Excellence’. Saket is a Technical expert ensuring the delivery of the project assignments in the agreed timelines. He has deep knowledge in the Oracle applications, architecture and databases. He has the ability to convert the Client’s needs into technical solutions along with managing internal and external stakeholders. He drives the network designs with hands-on development and deployment thereby covering the performance and security concerns. Saket’s solutions and implementations increase loyalty and customer retention for Emicon’s onshore and offshore clients.

Deepika is the AVP, HCM Consulting at Emicon with nearly 9 years of experience in the Oracle Practice. Deepika’s Emicon journey started as a Graduate unfolding into a Senior Management position with her hard work and dedication. She takes the overall responsibility for interim upskilling for all Emcion resources across various service lines. Deepika has intrinsic experience in the Oracle HCM modules combined with the exposure of handling international Clients. She has also worked as a Senior Functional Consultant in implementing projects from the scoping stage to the ‘Go Live’ one. She has the core knowledge of the Human Resource and Project Management module facilitating her work in the Oracle Fusion Cloud. She efficiently handles the delivery team at Emicon thereby ensuring effective delivery to the clients.

Nitish is an integral member of the Senior Management with the expertise in handling multi-faceted teams and Emicon’s diverse workforce. He plays a vital role in handling the Human resources’ functions at Emicon. Nitish has more than 9 years of experience in Oracle HRMS Functional and Technical Modules. Nitish has a strong command of the tools with which Oracle Applications are built. Nitish has the ability to code and analyze the software applications and programs throughout the production lifecycle. Nitish is able to handle cross functional teams to deliver the best output to Emicon’s valuable clients. He has Oracle EBS experience with Global Function Development and Automation. He is also an expert in writing and configuring Oracle EBS Formulae and codes. Nitish consistently upskills in the Oracle Techno-Functional applications and is a core part of the Emicon family.
